What we do in this class:
Strong Girls Club is a six-week progressive program that teaches preteen girls the basics of strength training using their body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. Each class will involve learning a new move or skill, along with a fun, full-body workout.
This club is for ALL Girls – not just those who already love exercise. Ages 10-14 years
