• Covid 19 GYM Protocols

  1. No attending class or entering the gym if experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if have been recommended to self-isolate.
  2. Sign up for class prior to arriving to ensure there is space for you. Registration opens a week in advance. Reservations must be cancelled no later than 2 hours before the class starts in order to give those on the waiting list a chance to fill the space. Late cancellations will face a $15 charge.
  3. Please use the hand sanitizer upon entry into the gym. Back door and front door will be open for entry.
  4. Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class. If the class before you haven’t exited, wait outside until they have.
  5. No congregating inside or outside the building. Once a class is done, clean your equipment and exit as quickly as possible.
  6. Maintain 2 meters distance from other participants and staff at all times. There are squares set out for each lifter. Please fill the big side first before moving to the small side.
  7. Clean equipment thoroughly after use. We have disinfectant spray and paper towel at every station.
  8. Bathrooms for toilet and hand washing use only. No shower use.
  9. No use of shared water coolers. Be sure to bring as much water as you will need for the workout.
  10. We are no longer providing towel service. Please bring your own.
  11. No storing of personal belongings. Bring your belongings into your square and bring them home when you leave.
  12. No shared chalk or chalk buckets.
  13. No sharing of equipment between sets.
